For custom-made or made-to-order orders, please allow a minimum of 5 business days for us to make your piece/s and process your order. Please keep in mind we're up from Monday through Friday.

Once your piece/s are ready to go home, all tracking information will be provided to your registered email. Although we have a really big heart, we're still a small business so sometimes orders can take longer than the estimated time to be shipped. We know it sucks, but we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any delays that may happen with either postal service. Shipment delays do not qualify for store credit or exchanges.

Please note that selecting an upgraded shipping service will not decrease the time it takes to make your piece/s it just speeds up the postal services work, not ours.
