Refund policy

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept swimwear returns after 3 days of receiving your package. When returning, all pieces must be unworn, in the same state as received and have all hygiene stickers and tags in the same condition as received. 

Although hygiene doesn't exactly applies to the sandals, we will still be able to receive any returns or exchanges requests after 3 days of receiving your package. Sandals most be unworn and in excellent state.

Please keep in mind that the sandals are handmade by artisans in Morocco with mostly organic materials. They all could look and fit a bit differently from the pictures and from regular women’s US sizes. There isn’t any proof that you can get them wet nor walk any specific amount of time/miles without them getting damaged. Any type of use is under your discretion and we're not responsible for it.

Client is responsible of all returning and exchange shipping costs. Once we receive the package all pieces will be inspected; if eligible, a store credit will be issued or an exchange will be granted. Any store credit will expire after 180 days.

Sale, clearance and custom order items are final sales. Sale, clearance and custom order items cannot be returned and do not qualify for store credit or exchange. 

 

The Bikini Edit – Exchange Policy

Items purchased as part of The Bikini Set Edit bundle are eligible for exchange only. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

Exchanges may only be made for the same print and same type of piece (e.g., a bottom may only be exchanged for another bottom, and a top for another top), subject to availability.

All items must be returned unworn, with original tags and hygiene sticker attached, and will be inspected upon receipt before an exchange is approved.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
